Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie
Elvis would have loved this…so will your kids. It's better than any milk shake. Makes 4 servings


Ingredients:

1 banana
6 ounces low-fat vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter (no sugar, salt or oil added)
8 ice cubes
2 tablespoons Naturade Vegetables Protein Powder, optional
2 teaspoons maple syrup


Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender with 1/4 cup water and puree until smooth.
