Frozen Soy-Banana Cappuccino
This is a fantastic twist on regular cappuccino. The banana gives this coffee drink a sweeter and thicker texture. As an option, serve with 1 to 2 tablespoons of Naturade Vegetable Protein Powder for a pre-workout meal that will keep you buzzing through your day. Makes 2 servings


Ingredients:

1/4 cup brewed espresso coffee
1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
1 banana, peeled and frozen
1/2 cup low-fat, vanilla soy milk
Ice


Instructions:
1. In a blender, puree all the ingredients with ice to taste, and serve.
