Spicy Kiwi Salsa
Serve this with a meaty grilled fish such as swordfish, grilled poultry, or roasted pork. Makes 4 Servings.


Ingredients:

4 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 3/8 inch dice
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon minced red jalapeñno or other fresh hot red pepper
1 tablespoon chopped mint
Pinch kosher salt
1 tablespoon tequila (optional)


Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients and chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.
