Instructions: 1. Steam carrots in a steamer basket over an inch of water in covered saucepan for about 10 minutes or until tender. 2. Put butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic about a minute. Add lemon juice and rind and stir. Add carrots, salt, and pepper. Cook until carrots are nicely coated. |
